Welke oefening u ook doet, ze is een goede zaak voor uw gewrichten, uw spieren, uw evenwicht, uw lijn en uw fysieke conditie in het algemeen. U hebt dan ook geen enkele reden meer om te blijven zitten. Beweeg zodra u er de kans toe krijgt.<\/p>\n<p>Toch hoeft u hiervoor niet te gaan sporten. Maar tref wel alle nodige voorzorgsmaatregelen, zodat u zich niet bezeert. Vergeet niet om u op te warmen voordat u begint, drink voldoende en voer enkele stretchoefeningen uit na de inspanningen. Zo kunnen uw weefsels en gewrichten in gunstige omstandigheden naar een rusttoestand terugkeren en zo goed mogelijk recupereren.<\/p>\n<p>Als u van sportactiviteit wilt veranderen om te voorkomen dat sommige van uw gewrichten te zwaar worden belast, kiest u het best voor zachtere sporten.<\/p>\n<p>Als u uw rug wilt sparen, kunt u bijvoorbeeld gaan zwemmen (bij voorkeur crawl of rugcrawl), wandelen (matig tot intens), fietsen (zelfs indoor), of aan yoga en tai chi doen.<\/p>\n<p>Als u uw heupen wilt laten werken zonder ze al te zwaar te belasten, zijn zwemmen, fietsen, roeien of tai chi geschikte activiteiten.<\/p>\n<p>En voor uw knie\u00ebn opteert u het best voor indoor fietsen (praktijk met gestrekte benen) of in het water (aquabiking), zwemmen of in een goede conditie wilt houden, moet u ook denken aan een <a href=\"\/nl\/gewrichten-in-goede-conditie\/welke-voeding-voor-uw-gewrichten\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ec008c;\">evenwichtige voeding<\/span><\/a> en hydratatie gedurende de hele dag. Dus niet alleen wanneer u oefeningen doet. Varieer en wissel regelmatig van water, zodat u niet altijd dezelfde mineralen inneemt. Vergeet niet dat kraakbeen voor 75 % uit water bestaat. Het is dan ook belangrijk om zich goed te hydrateren.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
